Slow Cooker Onion Soup Pork Chops


I’m finally posting my first recipe! Yay! I must say it was delicious, the whole family enjoyed it.

Here’s what you need:

4-6 Pork Chops (I used boneless, but you can use any kind you like)
1 envelope of Lipton’s Onion Soup Mix
½ cup of water or 1 can of Chicken broth
Chopped Onions*
Salt *
Pepper*
Seasoned Salt*
*Use as much to your liking

Steps:

Season Pork Chops with salt, pepper, and seasoned salt and place at in the Crock Pot.
Sprinkle Onion Soup Mix evenly on the Pork Chops.
Add water/chicken broth and chopped onions
Cover and Cook in your Crock Pot on Low for 6-8 hours or High for 3-4 hours. (I cooked mine on Low and it took about 5 hours).
Serve with Rice, Potatoes, or Macaroni and a vegetable.
